Rest assured that your shipping charges will be the very lowest we can obtain, and that we pack orders carefully and considerately. If the shipping charge is CONSIDERABLY HIGHER than the estimate, we will contact you. If it is lower, we will adjust the invoice manually prior to billing to your credit card. Our shipping charges are inclusive of both shipping & handling costs. This includes packaging materials, postage and processing labor. Domestic orders placed within California will be processed at 8.25% sales tax. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes.
Return Policy
We stand behind our products 100% and strive to keep you completely satisfied with our customer service and your purchases. If you are dissatisfied with any item* you may return it for a full refund.
*Due to copyright regulations, books and patterns cannot be returned.
Item(s) returned must be in new condition and in their original packaging, along with the sales receipt.
For classes, if notified 2 weeks or more before the class date, a full refund will be applied. If notified within 7-14 days before the class, a store credit will be applied. Due to scheduling based on enrollment, within 7 days, no refunds or credit can be applied.
